Lubrication of machine tools

Oil (timed hand-pressure oil pump according to the specific situation), other friction parts should be filled with oil on time (2 times/day) for lubrication, the lubricator should be filled with oil frequently, and the rotary joint should be disassembled regularly (half a year). Grease is applied to the inside of the bearing, and the machine tool needs to be thoroughly cleaned once a year. The cylinder is lubricated by the lubricator. The lubricator uses the gas as the power to spray the lubricating oil into a mist and then supplies all kinds of pneumatic components that need to be lubricated. Be careful not to be too full when refueling, so as to avoid the air cavity being filled with oil and losing the air pressure effect. , when the oil level is close to the minimum oil level, the oil should be replenished in time. The type of oil used should be selected according to the viscosity of 2.5-7°E.
